1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the product if:
- The wrong product or model was delivered
- The product was damaged or broken upon opening
- Accessories are missing as specified
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products show damage from improper use
- Products are damaged due to excessive or incorrect usage
- No supporting evidence such as unboxing videos or photos
3. Return Process
- Record a video or take photos showing the issue
- Submit evidence to our team via LINE Official Account or Facebook
- Wait for verification within 1–3 business days
- If approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund
4. Return Shipping Fees
- Store error → The store covers all shipping costs
- Customer error → The customer is responsible for return shipping fees
